THE trailer for Kevin Hart’s newest Netflix film Lift was unveiled last Tuesday.
Described as ‘an adrenaline-infused rollercoaster’, the film is based on an international heist crew trying to steal $500 million in gold from a plane at 40,000 feet.
Hart’s character can be described as a ‘master thief’ who is coaxed into a seemingly impossible heist by the FBI, and his ex-girlfriend.
The heist, which takes place on board a 777-passenger flight travelling from London to Zurich, includes a mission involving an attempt to foil a terror attack.
“Just treat this like any other lift,” Hart tells his team in the new trailer.
Directed by F Gary Gray, he vowed this to be his most promising project yet and a classic thrill ride with tense and dramatic moments.
