A range of activities will be held at various locations throughout the month as part of ‘Ramadan in Bahrain’.
The events are aimed at allowing visitors and tourists to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of the season through live performances, bazaars, seating areas, food and beverage vendors and more.
Head down to Bahrain National Theatre’s outdoor area which offers visitors plenty of entertainment as well as twinkling lights from 8pm onwards until April 1.
Today, Marassi Galleria will host an Arabic calligraphy station, cartoonist, face painting, and oud player, all from, 9pm until midnight.
Meanwhile, music lovers can visit Al Liwan from 9pm to 11.45pm for a night of cultural tunes and melodies.
This weekend, Ramadan celebrations at Souq Al Baraha will feature traditional games from 8pm to midnight and an oud player from 9.30pm to midnight - both from today until Saturday.
Gergaoun activities at the suq over the three days will consist of giveaways, henna painting, face painting, a children’s colouring station and more, all from 9.30pm until midnight.
The festivities are being organised by the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority.
