MANAMA: In Delmon International Hotel, the preparation of Indian cuisine is an art form.

Cafe Sayah will present a vast selection of Indian delicacies to delight your taste buds, served by staff in Indian-themed outfits. Tandoori and kebabs, the very succulent meats marinated in traditional spices from India, will be on the menu to tease your taste buds.
“The recipes remind you of tastes from the bygone days of your grandma’s generation which guarded these recipes as family heirlooms,” says chef Singh.
