Leading Pakistani rock band Roxen are set to perform in Bahrain this October at the Al Ahli Club in Zinj. Roxen features the talents of Mustafa, Jawad and Omar.

The group came out with their first hit single Yaadein. Roxen's unplugged track Tau phir aao was released over the Internet and registered over 65,000 downloads in one month. After the addition of Haider, from Lahore's underground music scene, the band started working on their debut album at Xth Harmonic studio in October 2005. Their debut album RED (Rozen-E-Dewar) was released last year and has been successful worldwide. Roxen stepped into the world of movies by contributing two tracks from their album to the big-budget Bollywood film Awarapan. Ticket details and dates will soon be announced for the event.

Asian Underground, one of Dubai’s most successful parties, will join the Chivas Live Circuit on July 26 at the Mix Grand Hyatt in Dubai. DJ Akbar Sami who has been rocking the Asian Underground crowd for the past two years will be back for this launch event. Akbar will mix exclusive mixes for the night of his chart toppers hits like Shaka Laka Boom Boom and others. Tickets priced at Dh75 for regular and Dh100 for VIP.
