THOUSANDS of visitors are flocking to the three-day Bahrain International Property Exhibition 2007 (BIPEX 2007) held at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre as a rich display of the kingdom's impressive developments went on show from today.
Mohammed Khalil Alsayed, president of Bahrain Society of Engineers told GulfWeekly: "We are extremely excited about the opening of BIPEX 2007 today under the patronage of Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court, for the fourth consecutive year.
"This year, BIPEX has an interesting mix of financial institutions, real estate developers, projects and companies from the Middle East and outside the region.
"The opening of BIPEX 2007 marks a major milestone not only in Bahrain's real estate sector but also the whole of the GCC region.
"Considering the response we have received so far, we are confident that BIPEX 2007 will emerge as one of the largest property exhibitions in the GCC."
