BCS Management Company - the first strata management company in Bahrain - has been awarded a two-year contract by Blue Water Investment Company to manage seven developments on its behalf. BCS is a joint venture between Abdulla Ahmed Nass Group and Australia-based Prudential Investment Company.
Yasser Al Sharrah, chairman of Blue Water Investment Company, said: "We chose to work with BCS as they are experts in the field of owners association management.
"We are convinced that our developments will be managed professionally, going by the BCS track record in Australia and Dubai."
Paul Banoob, general manager of BCS Bahrain, said: "The two-year contract with Blue Water Investment Company is a great opportunity for us to demonstrate the international quality services we are capable of providing."
