The Great Kabab Factory (TGKF) is continuing to celebrate its 'Curries and Kababs Festival' by bringing delectable kababs from all over the world to one table in 'unlimited' style.
The special meal deal costs just BD4.9 and includes a green salad, three kababs, one festival special non-veg curry, one chef's special veg curry, rice, signature Dal Factory, a choice of Indian breads, chaas - a flavoured yoghurt drink and one 'dessert of the day'. A vegetarian option is also available. "The best part about this festival meal is that it is unlimited, which means you can have as many delectable kababs and curry helpings as you want," a spokesman said.
"We own a recipe bank of over 450 vegetarian and non-vegetarian kababs. Our signature kababs and many other accompaniments have been created over a decade's gastronomic research and development.
"We take pride in holding a feast for our valuable customers. After all our concept is based on the unlimited dining experience! It gives us great pleasure to expose our entire food menu to our customers.
"We have a unique roaming buffet concept, where each menu item comes to the table in a planned sequential manner. Our guests can repeat any menu item at any point in time in addition to the dishes that are to follow.
"Yes! It's the ultimate 'savour our cuisine as much as you can - for as long as you can' offer that is truly irresistible for our valuable guests.
"We use recipes combing the ancient with the contemporary. You will experience mouth-watering kababs prepared in several different styles. Whether, roasted on the tandoor or on a 'singhri', shallow-fried in a 'tawa' or a 'mahi tawa', deep-fried in a 'kadhai', steamed in pots, or even grilled on a stone, we ensure the best culinary experience."
The menu is changed on a daily basis. This is to allow regular customers the opportunity to experience the entire variety of the restaurant's kabab recipe bank.
