Bahrain City Centre is getting in the festive spirit with an amazing giant mannequin. The five-metre high Apple Lady icon was unveiled on Monday at the shopping mall's Centre Court, adorned with a large number of green apples.

The event launched the centre's 'Guess & Win' campaign that runs until January 15. Shoppers spending a minimum of BD20 at any store can redeem their receipts at Customer Service for a chance to win one of 28 iPads ... and to guess the number of apples making up the Apple Lady's outfit for a chance to win a Grand Apple prize package valued at more than BD3,500.

The mall will also distribute fresh apples to customers to advertise the contest and promote healthy food choices throughout the winter season.

Bahrain City Centre will be open from 10am to 10pm, Sunday to Wednesday and 10am to midnight, Thursday to Saturday.
