VIVA Bahrain, the official partner of Manchester United, is giving football enthusiasts in the kingdom once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet one of the English Premiership giant’s greatest legends, Ole Gunnar Solskjær.
As part of hosting Ole, VIVA is holding an autograph session this coming Saturday at 3.30pm at City Centre Bahrain. Fans will have an opportunity to get the star’s autograph on their favourite Manchester United merchandise, as well as a memorable photograph.
Born in 1973, Ole joined Manchester United in 1996 and played with the Reds for 11 years before retiring in 2007, scoring a total of 126 goals in 366 appearances.
His many career highlights include notching four goals in 12 minutes as a substitute at Nottingham Forest, in Manchester United’s record away win (8-1). His most memorable memory of all would be his performance at the UEFA Champions League Final in 1999 when he best exhibited his ability to seize the chance by scoring a goal during injury time against Bayern Munich.
Fans are invited to visit the VIVA Manchester United Zone in the mall’s main galleria to meet Ole.
