THE CUT Lounge at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is really cookin’ with live music, a DJ and a new menu.

Last Friday after brunch diners moved on to the lounge to be entertained with sounds provided by DJ Youss Ourida, accompanied by soulful Frank Flowers on the saxophone. The rhythm was later intensified with DJ Ashy Bennani.

As reported in last week’s issue, The CUT Lounge has been spiced up as a stand-alone late night destination, as well as being a welcoming area for diners, and a new state-of-the-art air purifying system has been installed.

An American Classics menu has also been introduced by Executive Chef Brian Becher of re Asian Cuisine and CUT by Wolfgang Puck with the Philadelphia Cheese Steak Sandwich and Reuben Sandwich unveiled.
