AN 18-member strong squad from Bahrain will participate in the 24th RSBC International Cricket Sixes to be held from February 12 and 22.
The squad, selected by the Bahrain Cricket Club, will represent the Ernst & Young Bahrain 'A' and 'B' squads for the competition and will leave for Thailand on February 11.
The new dates for the tournament, which will be played at the Royal Bangkok Sports Club (RBSC) and Polo Club in Thailand, replace the old schedule announced of March 29 to April 1.
In all, thirty-two teams are expected to take part, including squads from Australia, India, Pakistan, Singapore, Qatar and several local teams.
The Bahrain squads are also planning to play a couple of practice matches in Phuket, Koh Chang and Pattaya.
