A Fresh name in the real estate market, the Swiss-Attixs Development, will reveal its maiden venture at Bipex which begins tomorrow.
The 360¼ project will offer 55 floors of six-star living that is built on solid Swiss architectural foundations in Juffair.
The Swiss-Attixs Development is a venture between Y K Almoayyed & Sons Group and Abdullatef Abdullah Al Rajhi, chairman of Al Rajhi International Group and member of the board of directors of Al Rajhi Trading and Industries Group.
The partnership brings together over two decades of experience and understanding of the Bahraini market and the Swiss-Attixs Development board will be headed by Farouk Almoayyed, chairman of Y K Almoayyed & Sons.

The project will be showcased at the Bahrain International Property Exhibition to be held from Thursday to Saturday at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre, Sanabis.
