Bahrain-based Era Projects, developer of the $115 million Era Tower in Seef, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Electronic Realty Associates (Era Real Estate) to market both Era Tower and any future developments.
Era Real Estate is based in the USA and is considered one of the largest real estate companies with more than 3,000 offices in 40 countries.
Marketing manager, Ghizlane Remmal said: "Era Projects is determined to expand worldwide which is why we had decided to sign with Era Real Estate. Through the company's knowledge and experience, we too can gain more awareness.
"The company has also appointed sales and marketing executives to exclusively work on promoting Era Tower."
Era Tower is a 50-storey residential tower which accommodates 400, one to three bedroom apartments which will vary in size from 71 sqm to 176 sqm.
The apartments are also customised to the homeowners' specifications.
It will be equipped with the state-of-the-art amenities essential to luxurious living such as a four floor parking facility for more than 480 cars, a full recreational floor which exceeds 40,000 sqm with two gyms, three swimming pools, Jacuzzi and sauna.
There is also a children's playground, picnic area, jogging track, scenic waterfalls and a fully equipped business centre.
