Birthday boy Onny Martin scored 39 points to win The Bahrain Duty Free Challenge at Awali Golf Club on Friday.
Onny's confidence was boosted on the very difficult par 4, 15th hole when he achieved a par for four points. His winning round included no less than 7 pars.
An unusual chipping contest, organised by Walter Fook, raised BD 67 for 'The Captains Charity', Parkinson's Disease and Cancer Research. One of the club's oldest member, Pete Rogers, predicted that he would get a 'hole in One', and he did!
